Hi, I'm Nicole—and I'm so glad you're here!  As a virtual assistant, I help small business owners reclaim their time by managing the behind-the-scenes tasks that keep their businesses running smoothly.

With a decade-long background in sales, account management, and digital media, I’ve spent my career supporting businesses, understanding their goals, and helping bring ideas to life. I created Virtual by Nicole to combine my passion for organization, problem-solving, and supporting small businesses. I handle the details so owners can focus on the work that matters most.

When I'm not working, you'll find me in Columbus, Ohio spending time with my husband, two little girls, and our golden retriever Callie!
